ABOUT VILLA
Is there a free parking?
Yes, there is a free big parking place above the villa for 12 cars.
How far is the nearest beach?
It´s only 150 meters from the villa.
Does the villa accept animals?
No, we don´t accept animals for the safety and comfort of other guests.
Is it possible to have daily cleaning?
Yes, we can provide a daily cleaning at extra cost.
What is the size of the pool?
The pool is 6 by 4 meters. The depth of the pool is 1,6 meters.
Child policy
Children older than 5 years are welcome.
How do we find the villa upon ariival and how do we gain access?
The villa is located on the adress 21310 Omiš, Stanići – Tice , Put Starog sela 23.
If you go from Split, toward Omiš, you will pass Stobreč, Podstrana, Jesenice, Dugi Rat, Duće and come to Omiš. Aproximately 5km behind Omiš towards Makarska is a place called Stanići. When you enter Stanići, after the first bend you will see a speed limit sign 50 km/h. Take a sharp left uphill before the garages on the left and go up the hill until you reach a new white house with a tower. There is a big free parking space above the house on the right. The hill is really steep but don´t have to be afraid, all the cars have been succesfull. The best way is to go according to google maps, because the part of the street leading to us is called Velika Luka.

PAYMENT
How can i book stay?
Contact us via e-mail. After conluding a written agreement on the stay you will pay us a deposit of 30% of the price of your stay. In the event of a cancellation, the prepayment already paid is forfeited. The rest of the price is paid on arrival in cash or by bank transfer. The nearest ATM is only 100 metres from the villa.
What is included in price?
All utility bills, pool, sunbeds, sunbed mats, parasols, bed linen and bath towels, WiFi.
Refundable damage deposit
A damage and cleaning deposit of 400€ is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. Your deposit will be refunded
in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
What currency is used in Croatia?
In croatia, as of January 1st, only the euro is accepted.
ABOUT STAY
Can you arrange the transport from the airport for us?
Yes, we can pick you up at the aiport for an agreed fee. During your stay we can arrange a taxi for you at any time.
Apart from the stay what else do you provide?
We provide reliable car rentals, airport transfers, taxis, boat rentals, boat trips, food shopping and private guided tours.
What else can you arrange for us?
We can help you with planning trips, sports and cultural activities. We can also offer you help with buying or renting real estate in this location, including all negotiations with local authorities.
Is there a possibility of help with buying fresh local products?
During the season there is a big fruit and vegetable stall only 70 metres from the villa. We will arrange for you buying of local and bio wine, rakije, fish, figs etc. both for your stay and as souvenirs for home.
What can I do, if I get sick or need a dentist?
There is a hospital located in front of the entrance to Omiš. There are also a number of dentists in Omiš.
DEPARTURE
Can we arrive to the villa before the check-in time (4-8pm)?
Generally not, as our villa is usually full on the day you arrive, the previous guests leaving at 10 pm. It usually takes until 4pm to clean the villa, the pool and the surroundings well. In some cases we can arrange for you to leave your car at the parking place and your luggage in the villa before the check in time. We can recommend you going to a nice restaurant or to the beach nearby, where you can relax while you are waiting.
Can we arrive to the villa after the check in time?
Yes, we are able to meet you at the villa later or agree where you can pick up the keys. It´s however important to contact us as soon as possible in case of a delay.
Can we leave the villa after check out on our departure?
It´s not possible to leave our villa after the check out time, because new guest are arriving at the villa at 4pm and everything must be cleaned and prepared. In some cases it can be arranged that you leave your car at the parking place and your luggage there for a few hours.
Can we order food to be waiting for us at our apartment?
Yes, you can give us the list of items you would like in advance, including fresh fish, fruit or vegetables. We will charge 50 euros for this service plus, of course, the cost of the food. You can ask us for this service at any time during your stay.
Cleaning of the apartment
Your apartment will be clean upon arrival and will be cleaned following your departure. However, guests are expected to leave the villa in a state of cleanliness, eg. washed dishes and kitchen equipment. In case of a big mess you will be charged 200 euros for cleaning.
SURROUNDINGS
Can we have a good meal somewhere nearby?
There are good restaurants right here in Stanici, eg. Restaurant Espanol, Restaurant Borovina or Sun City, just 100 metres from the villa. In addition the beach bar Porat in Stanici has a good selection of meals, snacks and drinks. Food delivery also works here, of course. Restaurant Babilo on the beach Brzet which is only 4 minutes from the villa in the direction of Omiš offers to deliver any food from their menu.
Where are the neares food stores?
There are two small supermarkets in Stanici which will have most of the provisions you require. One is located next to Bar Espanol and one next to the Bar Alf. There are another two bigger supermarkets in the centre of Omiš and on the way out of Omiš towards Split you may notice a large grey building which is the largest supermarket in Omiš. There are even larger supermarkets on the way to Split.
How can I get around without a car?
In addition to taxis, there are also buses. Buses travel to Omiš (5 minutes), Split (approx. 40 minutes) and Makarska (approx 30 minutes).
What can I do here besides relaxing, sunbathing and swimming?
If you like hiking, the Biokovo Mountain Park, with Biokovo Skywalk is spectacular. You can go canyoning (in Omiš - where the river of Cetina flows into the sea), yachting, rafting, ziplining, biking, mountaineering or fishing. You can take boat trips to Brač or Hvar from Omiš, experience Blue Lagoon and other exciting places.
Are there any sandy beaches?
Yes, there are sandy beaches around Omiš, e.g. Velika Plaža Omiš, Galeb, Brzet, Duce, Mala Luka.
Which sightseeings are in Omiš?
Fortress Mirabella, the beautiful historical centre with churches, the old buildings and a sacred river Cetina.
Which other sightseeings are near Omiš?
We recommend you visiting Split which is only 30 km from the villa. The Diocletian Palace with Cathedral of Saint Domnius is fantastic. There are a lot of museums and churches in a historical center.
Is there a place for night life?
The nearest place for a night life except Omiš and Split is Makarska (32 km). Trogir (50 km from the villa) is also a great place for day and night entertainment.
