This season, we have made available for rent a generously sized family apartment that can accommodate up to 10 guests. It covers 160 square meters and is spread over two levels of the villa, comprising the ground floor and the first floor.
The luxurious villa with an adjacent swimming pool is situated just 150 meters away from the nearest beach, offering stunning views of both the sea and the surrounding mountain ranges.
The ground floor features two independent bedrooms, each equipped with a private bathroom. Each bedroom has direct access to a spacious southern-facing terrace that overlooks the sea, where guests can enjoy a large dining table with chairs and an outdoor grill for dining outside.
On the first floor, you'll find another two separate bedrooms, again each with a private bathroom and access to a large balcony that faces the south side of the villa, offering sea views. This floor also houses a living room seamlessly connected to a fully equipped kitchen, with doors leading out to the balcony where another dining table set awaits.
To the north side of the villa lies a private 24 m² swimming pool, complete with sun loungers, umbrellas, and garden furniture to ensure a private and comfortable lounging experience. Within the enclosed area of the property, guests have access to a sizeable dining table that seats ten, a ping-pong table, and an additional outdoor grill.
The expansive terrace and balcony on the south side offer panoramic views of the open sea and the islands of Brač and Hvar. To the north, guests can marvel at the breathtaking mountain scenery.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, comes with complimentary Wi-Fi, and is furnished to a high standard to ensure a luxurious stay.
